Thank you so much to the staff at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter Villa Christina. My time with Jason Ressman, who is one of the hardest working General Managers that I have had the pleasure of working with, was extremely productive. We elevated guest experience and F&B revenue contribution by implementing new and exciting banquet menus, wedding packages and restaurant menus, along with providing detailed menu training seminars for the sales and operations teams. All the food & beverages storerooms were rebuilt, up to date inventories created and negotiated a new primary vendor contract. We developed a bakery show case, wedding cake sales presentations and dessert menus to increase sales from the pastry department while simultaneously reducing labor in that department. We repositioned the lobby bar with a Barrel Room theme featuring fine whiskies paired with some exciting complimenting menu.
The Human Resources department is run exclusively by an amazing director, Gorety Marroquin. We were successful in certifying all the F&B managers in Servsafe and created a new compensation structure for the cooks based on position, skills and seniority. We also worked very hard to minimize the reliance and cost of temporary labor, and experienced great success through organizational hiring practices and maximizing the scheduling of the existing staff.
This is a beautiful property in the Perimeter area of Atlanta with convenient and easy access to Buckhead. The outdoor wedding venue is sublime, and the associates are genuinely focused on creating a positive guest experience.
